The current state

How most tour comms actually work.

💬
"What time is load-in?"
Call sheet went out two days ago. Driver still texting at 8am.
📄
PDFs that are already wrong
Venue moved soundcheck. Three versions floating, no way to recall the old one.
🏨
"What's the hotel again?"
Buried in the crew email thread. The driver needs it now. You're dealing with catering.
⚠️
One sheet, wrong audience
Full crew sheet to the opener's team. Now they have your hotel conf and guest list.
How it works

Three steps. One record.

TM works on desktop. Crew reads on their phone. Updates move between surfaces automatically.

01 — Build

TM sets up the tour on desktop

Call times, venue, hotel, travel, crew per day. Click any field to edit. One record for the whole tour.

Call times per show day
Hotel, conf, front desk
Venue contacts + addresses
Travel legs with driver info
Crew roster per day
Guest list + notes
02 — Check

Run preflight before sharing

StageKit scans every show day for missing call times, venue address, or hotel. Fix issues inline before sharing.

Missing call times flagged
Venue address gaps highlighted
One-click to add standard calls
Jump to any show day to fix
03 — Send

Crew opens the right version on their phone

One link, filtered by who it's for. Crew gets everything. Band gets show times and hotel. Public gets venue and doors. TM edits sync in ~30 seconds — no new link.

Crew — full sheet
Band — no production
Public — sanitized
Live sync, ~30s update cycle
Desktop editor

Every section your day sheet needs.

Every field maps to a real part of the job.

Day-of. On a phone. In a parking lot.

What crew needs on a phone, in a parking lot, with one bar of signal.

Hotel before everything else
Hotel name, address, check-out, front desk — above the call times. No digging.
Next call, with a countdown
"Soundcheck · 17:30 · in 2h 15m." Advances automatically as the day progresses.
Tap to map. Tap to call.
Every address opens Maps. Every number fires the dialer.
TM edits appear in ~30 seconds
Same link. No re-send. A version chip shows what changed.

Preflight

Know what's missing before you send it.

Missing call times is worse than nothing. Preflight checks every show before you send.

01
Scans every show day
Not just the active day — all of them. Missing calls, no venue address, no hotel flagged across the full tour.
02
Fix without leaving the modal
One tap adds standard call times. Type a venue address directly in the panel. Jump to any day to fix the rest.
03
Always in the toolbar
Lime check = all clear. Coral dot = something's missing. Always visible without opening the modal.

Who uses StageKit Tour.

Small-to-mid touring acts. Not for arena-level institutional touring.

Tour Manager
The TM
One place to own the day sheet. Not a spreadsheet per show, not a group chat thread per change.
Builds and edits the tour on desktop · Runs preflight before every send · Manages who sees what
Crew
The Crew Lead
Call times, hotel, stage manager's number — before you hit the parking lot. Not in a PDF from three days ago.
Opens the mobile receiver on their phone · Sees the crew-filtered view · Taps to map and dial
Artist Management
The Manager
Show-relevant info without being on every thread. No production clutter.
Receives band-filtered link · Sees soundcheck, doors, set, hotel basics · No production detail
Independent team
The DIY Act
Three people and a van. No budget for enterprise tour software. Still needs a system that works.
Free during alpha · No account needed · Works on any phone, any browser

FAQ

Common questions.

Still have questions? Try the demo — the Codefendants tour is pre-loaded with real show data across both surfaces.

Open the demo →
No. StageKit Tour is focused on the daily run — call sheets, hotel details, contacts, and getting the right information to the right person fast. If you need full routing, budget tracking, payroll, or ticketing integration, you'll still need other tools. This is the day sheet layer, done properly.
No account required. The TM shares a link. Crew opens it on their phone in a browser. No sign-up, no app install, no login. They can add it to their home screen for a native-app feel, but it works without that too.
Yes. The mobile receiver caches the last successful sync. If the crew member loses signal, they still see the full day sheet. An offline badge tells them when the data was last updated. When signal returns, it syncs automatically.
Only people you send the Crew link to. The Band view shows hotel name and address but strips confirmation numbers and room details. The Public view shows no hotel information at all — no name, no address, nothing. Audience filtering happens automatically based on which link you send.
StageKit Tour knows who's reading. Crew sees everything. Band sees no production details. Public sees nothing sensitive. All from the same URL — filtered automatically by which link the TM shared. A Google Doc doesn't know who's reading it, requires a Google account to edit, and doesn't have a mobile-first day-of view with tap-to-map and tap-to-call built in.
Free during alpha. No credit card required, no trial period, no feature gating. We're in active development and adding features based on feedback from real TMs. Pricing hasn't been finalized yet — early users will know first.
Changelog

What's shipped.

Updated continuously during alpha. Newest first.

29 Apr 2026 Onboarding + send reliability
  • "Send to crew" always opens something — snapshot fallback if cloud sync is unavailable
  • Guided "your first send" card walks new TMs through venue → calls → send, checks off live
  • Welcome flow now fires for your own tours, not just the demo — action-focused steps
29 Apr 2026 17 ease-of-use improvements
  • Hotel moved above travel — crew asks "where am I sleeping?" before "how do I get there?"
  • "Happening now" dot only fires on today's show date — not based on wall clock
  • × remove buttons on calls hidden until hover — less anxiety on a blank day
  • Day types in sentence case (Show / Travel / Off), "4 call times" not "4 calls"
  • Advance tab: clickable note to switch back to Day sheet when editing call times
  • Version chip on mobile: "Updated 2m ago by Tour Manager" (no version numbers)
29 Apr 2026 Production advance — its own tab
  • Advance lives in a dedicated tab (Day sheet | Advance) — not buried in the scroll
  • Pulls show schedule from day data, generates a dark on-brand advance PDF
  • Production contact, technical fields, hospitality, stage plot — all in one document
  • Mark as sent per show day — status tracked on the day chip
28 Apr 2026 Phase 1 — public alpha
  • Create a tour from scratch — name, artist, start date, theme, add days with city
  • Bookmark banner after first tour creation — your editor URL is the key
  • 4-step welcome flow on the demo tour
  • 8 tour themes — set once, carries to every crew phone automatically
  • Preflight checks every show day for missing info before you send
  • Live OG image for social sharing

Set up your first tour in under 10 minutes.

The demo is a full 15-show tour with crew data across both surfaces. Open the editor, open the mobile receiver on your phone, and see how it holds up.
